  • Johnson-Turnbull Winery in Oakville, Napa Valley, California.  Winemaker, Kristin Belair, inside a clean stainless steel fermentation tank. [Once the grapes are harvested, they are poured into a crusher that separates the stems from the grapes; the grapes and juice are then funneled directly into the stainless steel tank for fermentation.]  The winery was purchased in 1992 by Patrick O'Dell and renamed Turnbull Winery.
